Signature vs. Rotating: What's Actually on Our Tap Wall

August 25, 2026

New guests ask us the same question at the tap wall almost every time: what's the difference between the beers that are always there and the ones that change? Here's the plain answer.

Signature: the reliable core

Signature beers are always on. They're the lineup you can order by name without checking the chalkboard first, built to be consistent visit to visit. If you find one you like, it'll be there next time.

Rotating: small-batch and always changing

Rotating taps turn over as batches finish and new ones come in. Some stick around for a few weeks, others less, depending on how the brew turns out. This is where most of the variety on the wall actually lives.

Why we run it this way instead of a fixed menu

A small-batch operation can afford to experiment in a way a bigger brewery running at volume usually can't. Rotating taps are how we test new recipes without committing the whole lineup to something unproven.

How to navigate it as a first-timer

Don't try to read the whole wall cold. Tell a staff member what you're in the mood for, crisp, hoppy, dark, sour, and they'll point you toward both a signature and a rotating option that fits.

Or skip the guesswork entirely: the First Pour flight is four 4oz pours, your choice, guided by staff, for $5. Claim your First Pour and taste across both lists in one visit.
